This was the 6th Sunflower Jam held at The Royal Albert Hall, I absolutely love this amazing venue, it’s a magical place. In case you don’t know The sunflower jam is a charity event that provides funds to support holistic and integrated care for children, young people, adults and their families with a range of acute and chronic emotional, mental and physical conditions, please check out The SunFlower Jam website to find out more, it really is all for an amazing charity.
The line up was immense this year and brilliant to photograph. The evening was hosted by actor Jeremy Irons and consisted of so many awesome performances from Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden), Ian Paice (Deep Purple), Mark King (Level 42), Alfie Boe, Brian May (Queen), Kerry Ellis, John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin) and Alice Cooper. Jerry Brown, Margo Buchanan, Micky Moody, Murray Gould, Nick Fyffe, Sandi Thom, Steve Balsamo, The Temperance Movement, The Big C Choir, Uli Jon Roth and Wix Wickins made up a brilliant house band.
Here are a few photos to you the highlights from this truly epic event!xx
