The Beautiful Wedding of Claire and James

The lovely Claire and James got married in Shiplake at St Peter and St Paul Church on a pretty chilly day in March 2013. Conveniently the reception was held at Shiplake College (a short walk from the church), which is a perfect wedding venue during holiday time with a brilliant team led by Steve Beaumont from Thomas Franks who organises the event and most importantly the food!

Claire was the most beautiful bride, a true vision. Her look was reminiscent of a 1940’s screen goddess like Rita Hayworth, totally breathtaking. With a little help from make up artist Amy Goodall and Chi Hair Salon in henley she really did look like she should be up on the silver screen, such a treat to photograph! The day went beautifully we even had a bit of blue sky! James and the boys looked very dapper, the bridesmaids and flower girl were the perfect bevy of beauties to accompany Claire, and the wonderful guests braved the outside for group shots, THANK YOU!!

The day turned to night and after the speeches, cake, coffee, and a quick snap in the photo booth, the first dance was quickly followed by The Hound Dogs who got the crowd moving and shaking to classic Rock and Roll. We hope you all enjoyed the rest of your evening, we had a great time snapping away, all in all fantastic wedding!
